Like it's predecessor 'Media Particles', 'A Quick Detour' contains new and original mashups, fused and blended together by all manner of sampled sounds from around the wide world of media - both visual and audible. The difference with this one is that it is less chilled, more upbeat (for the majority of the album) and hopefully a little more comical. There is no particular story or
concept; more of a strange look at some kind of "abstract journey" of sorts. The mashups are all new, original and have been created over a span of 2 years (in range).
